MH House Rules & Conditions

We ask a 50% down payment per bank (to be paid within 5 days).
The remains you can pay upon departure (in euros only).
Tourist tax is not included in the roomrate and can be paid upon departure.

Should you need to cancel your stay: until 30 days before arrival we refund 100% of your down payment.
Mocht u onverhoopt tot 14 dagen vóór aankomst moeten annuleren dan restitueren wij 50% van uw aanbetaling.
Mocht u onverhoopt bij minder dan 14 dagen vóór aankomst moeten annuleren, dan ontvangt u de aanbetaling helaas niet retour. Uw annuleringsverzekering zal uw kosten dan hopelijk aan u kunnen vergoeden. 

In all the above refunds we charge € 25 cancellation costs. 

  • Minimum stay is 3 nights
  • Breakfast is being served as of 9am
  • Rates per night per room for 2 people and include breakfast
  • Only Pencil Pink can be booked as a single room
  • You book for adults only (or with your child as of 16 years of age), all capable of climbing the stairs without a railing and in good spirits.
    W    e like to keep a positive and pleasant atmosphere. Please join in. 
  • Meals are served at one large table, for breakfast as well as dinner
  • MH is a small bed and breakfast. We do not have staff, please expect and appreciate our personal touch.
  • Please do not bring babies or pets. We do not allow them in MH.
  • Tijdens uw verblijf gedraagt u zich te allen tijde respectvol. Harde muziek en hard praten op de gang wordt niet gewaardeerd. In MH komen gasten voor hun rust.
  • Please reframe from taking drugs or drinking too much alcohol in MH
  • Please be careful with our stuff. It is all in good shape and we would like to keep it that way. Should you break something or otherwise damage our interior, we will need to charge the damage to you. Please do not travel uninsured. 
  • Please do not bring your own food or drinks. Eating and drinking is not allowed in the rooms (except for water) because of the carpet. We have an honesty bar and you can drink downstairs in the cosy rooms, outside or in the kitchen.
  • Elke kamer heeft zijn eigen badkamer, opgemaakte bedden en eigen handdoeken. Expression Blue heeft eigen badjassen en pantoffels.
     Afhankelijk van de lengte van uw verblijf worden uw handdoeken, zodra nodig, vervangen. Strandlakens kunt u zelf meebrengen. 
  • Mh has a large library with many books. You may read them during your stay. Feel free to buy them as well.
  • Brengt u (e-)bikes mee? Deze kunt u bij ons veilig stallen. Het opladen van de batterijen mag ’s nachts in de stalling. Gelieve de accu’s niet mee te nemen naar de kamer.
  • All activities you undertake during your holiday are at your own risk and responsibility. MH cannot be held responsible. Do not travel uninsured.
  • MH dates back to 1731. Mind your step everywhere throughout the house as well as outside.
